Keith is originally from Long Island, New York. He has lived in Charlotte since 1994. He has over 12 years of experience in real estate including, residential and commercial real estate lending, property management, market research and analysis and buyer and seller representation.

He is a graduate of Wake Forest University (BA '94) and UNC Charlotte (MBA '98) and has been active in the community through service with the Charlotte Housing Board of Appeals, Urban League, Junior Achievement and Habitat for Humanity. Keith specializes in providing assistance to both first time homebuyers, experienced buyers and investors and will assist with every aspect of home purchase process from obtaining financing preapproval to identifying desired properties and negotiating the best possible purchase price. Keith adds value through an attentive listening and consultative advising to best serve the needs and desires of his clients to provide a favorable experience from each transaction.

Additionally with Keith’s experience in the areas of commercial real estate finance and market research, knowledge of development trends and growth markets and investment analysis expertise he assists commercial and investment clients with site selection and acquisition of land, multifamily or income producing properties as well as tenant representation for office/retail or commercial leases.
